Home Instead® is looking for a steady multi-tasker to join us in our mission to provide person-centered care built on love for our clients, community, and each other. This Service Coordinator role connects our caregiving work force with our senior clients.
Home Instead® is the world’s largest and trusted source of non-medical and home care for seniors over 25 years. The Lincoln office currently has an open full-time position for a Service Coordinator. As the Service Coordinator you’ll have the opportunity to make the magic happen by finding "perfect matches" between our Care Professionals and clients! Exceptional planning and organization skills are a must. Compassion and adaptability to change with a helpful attitude is important to build strong relationships. If you are proactive, love to problem solve and are detail oriented this could be the career for you. Previous staffing or scheduling experience is a plus but not required.
The ideal candidate:
· Compassion with a helpful attitude
· Ability to multi-task with extreme attention to detail
· Must work at a high intensity with calm attitude
· Must be dependable and reliable
· Must demonstrate effective listening skills
· Must demonstrate great customer service and pleasant phone manner
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English Language
· The ability to prioritize and organize
· Self-motivated
· The ability to focus on client and Care Professional satisfaction
· Excellent problem solving skills
· Proficient computer skills using database systems, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel
